Carefully Selected Brews

- Clementine White Ale
Massachusetts- Witbier- Hazy in appearance and healthily carbonated, Chambly yeast is used to energetically shape its wheat malt base. Incorporated in the brewing process is Clementine, sweet orange peel, a hint of Coriander, and Summit hops. Pairs with seafoods, salads, and cheeses.
- Crabbies Ginger Beer
Scotland- Citrus Brew - Made from a secret recipe, Crabbie's Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer has 4 top secret ingredients that are combined with steeped ginger for up to 8 weeks. This produces a delicious, spicy flavor that is refreshing, unique and satisfying!
- Hitachino Nest
Japan- American Wild Ale- Witbier- A refreshing, mildly hopped Belgian and American-inspired beer with complex, tart flavors of coriander, orange peel and nutmeg; a combination Wit and Wild Ale. This brew has won gold medals at several beer competitions in the U.K. and U.S.
Belgium- German Pilsner- Bavik pours a very light yellow color with a fine white head. It has an aroma of citrius fruit and yeast. The bitterness introduced in the aroma comes completely forward in the aftertaste.
- Buried Hatchet Stout
Jet-black in color, this monster smells of coffee and chocolate. The taste is much of the same, with hints of creamy toffee and roasted malt. Smooth and delicious, this medium bodied ale is all about the malts, but has enough hop bitterness to be balanced.

Texas- American Amber/Red Ale- 5.0% ABV. "A dark American Amber with strong flavors of caramel and roasted malts. Balanced with just the right amount of Cascade and Golding hops for a sweet but slightly bitter ale. Named after our dog Hailey."
